Supplier Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) Policy

At Safeway Associates India Private Limited (Enfants), we take responsibility for the social and environmental footprint of our products and operations. We are committed to continuously improving our impact on both the planet and the people we work with.

Although we have long upheld standards for our direct suppliers aligned with our values, we recognise the importance of extending this responsibility to all our suppliers, including those providing indirect goods and services

Our ESG Partnership & Transparency Commitment

Our journey toward social and environmental responsibility includes full transparency on corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance, covering areas such as environment, ethics, labor and human rights, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

To aid this process, we are evaluating our indirect suppliers’ sustainability performance to encourage continuous improvement and responsible practices.

Suppliers linked directly to our CSR and diversity goals may be asked to provide relevant information on their practices to help us build a transparent and sustainable supply chain.

Corporate & Business Orders Procurement Policy

At Enfants, we welcome corporate orders and strive to provide seamless service for all bulk and business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Our procurement processes are designed to support efficient ordering and payment cycles.

Purchase Orders and Invoicing

All purchases (except for specific exemptions) require a valid purchase order before payment.
Exempt categories include:
- Contingent Labor
- Contributions, Grants, Donations
- HR/Benefits
- Freight (non-distribution)
- Government Agencies (Taxes/Regulatory Payments)
- Telecom
- Utilities

Payment Terms in India

- The Purchaser shall make full payment of each invoice raised by the Supplier within 7 (seven) days of receipt of such invoice.

- Upon receipt of payment, the Supplier shall dispatch the goods to the designated Retailer Address on the next business day.

Primary business contact at Enfants and are subject to approval by exception only. Additional information may be requested as part of the review process.
